Party Terms and Conditions

PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1. A set price for each package is required on booking. This is non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. Payment can be made via Debit Card or via BACS (preferred). The remainder of any balance is payable on the day of the party prior to the beginning of the party either by BACS, cash or debit card. Price includes sole use of the gaming arena with a qualified laser expert (DBS checked and first aid trained) for 1.5 hours followed by 25 minutes in our designated party zone.
 
2. A party zone is provided for all food and drinks after you party. We respectfully ask that you take all rubbish with you at the end of the party and leave the party zone in the same condition as when you arrived. The party zone is available for food and drink (not provided) for 30minutes only. Please arrange for all children to be collected promptly at this time so that the room can be ready for the next party.
 
4. Appropriate clothing for the activity is advisable, ie, old trousers/shorts and long sleeve tops are worn with fastened trainers.
 
5. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your event start time, when you arrive onsite a member of the team will meet you at the red gate, this will be opened and you can drive up and park onsite.
 
6. Parents of participants are required to ensure that all participants are physically fit and healthy to take part in the activity. In signing the booking form you accept responsibility for ensuring that all the party guests are aware of the risks involved in the activity.
 
7. In signing the party agreement, you are declaring that you understand the element of risk and are willing to be responsible for ensuring all participants will adhere to the safety rules in place.
